At Castle Dental, we offer a wide range of cosmetic dentistry to ensure you look and feel confident about your smile. Services we can provide include aesthetic treatments such as Zoom in-chair whitening, teeth whitening, Invisalign, cosmetic crowns and dental veneers.
Zoom In Chair Whitening
We offer the Zoom professional tooth whitening service for just £395. The Zoom whitening process is proven to brighten teeth by up to eight shades, so that your teeth look whiter and your smile is more attractive. Unlike other tooth whitening processes, Zoom won’t damage your teeth or gums during the process. Included in the service is a home whitening kit, dental impressions and the creation of a custom tray. White Fillings
White fillings are made of composite resin and bonded to the teeth. The most recent materials used to create white fillings are designed to mimic the teeth’s translucent shade and the effect is truly life-like. Castle Dental can fit white fillings for both front and back teeth which can also replace old metal amalgam fillings or provide support to a weakened tooth. In some cases, the tooth may require a stronger filling which will need to be created in a dental laboratory. These type of fillings are often referred to as an ‘onlay’ or ‘inlay’ and can be made from composite resin or porcelain. In this instance, more than one visit to the surgery is required.
Invisalign
Invisalign straightens teeth using a series of nearly invisible removable aligners custom-made specifically for your teeth. Each aligner is worn for up to 20 hours per day for a period of 2 weeks. Each time an aligner is replaced, your teeth gradually move towards the projected final position. Treatment can take from 6-18 months depending on the degree of tooth movement required. Cosmetic Crowns
Modern cosmetic crowns are used to treat broken or damaged teeth and are often indistinguishable from natural ones. Unlike dental veneers, which only cover the front facing labial surface of the tooth, cosmetic crowns, commonly known as ‘caps’, encase the entire tooth. Because crowns require the removal of large amounts of enamel, they are usually used only where the strength of the original tooth has been compromised. Cosmetic crowns can also replace missing teeth if attached to implants. For more information on dental implants, click here.
Dental Veneers
Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells designed to cover the front surface of the teeth and improve your appearance. Dental veneers are bonded to the front of teeth to correct a number of cosmetic issues such as tooth colour, shape, size or length.
